The Training Center

I just happen to be driving by the place the other night and I notice the Training Center is completely and permanently closed 🔒 !! I walked up to the glass door and I peaked in and the facility was completely gutted, empty ‼️ When did they shut down and why ⁉️. I once had a membership here until I moved out of the state. I like the fact they were open 24/7.

This gym is Fraudulent. The good reviews are from the body builders who have memberships there. Its family owned so of course they have gotten away with such activities. They steal your money, charge your account when its not supposed to be charged they dont provide you with paperwork when you sign up or notify you of the cancellation policy until you actually want to cancel. Dont waste your money or time. Especially to the college kids in the area. And the protein shakes taste like sweet mud. Nothing special about this gym at all! They have been reported to the BBB numerous times.! Hope this helps you all. Have a blessed Day!

The best gym in Delaware. Beginner, intermediate or advanced bodybuilder, powerlifter or strongman, this is the only place to train.

I like the environment and the equipment selection. The Frontdesk people are always friendly. People who run this place definitely knows about training. However it’s really, really dirty, the dumbbells left stains on my shirt. Some of the equipments are already falling apart(see the picture). This gym is also too crowded, the equipments are already mostly bare iron, and they place them too close to each other which is dangerous. I hurt myself multiple times in this gym. In conclusion it’s overall a good gym, but they need to do better.

Great facility with the most comprehensive set of equipment I’ve seen in a local gym. Great vibes and the energy of the staff and members is always invigorating. Highly recommend.
